Who we are and what we do:

And-Tro Water Authority has been providing high-quality drinking water to communities in Perry County since September 1965. We service customers in Derby, Leopold, Branchville, St. Croix and the outskirts of Tell City.

Today, And-Tro Water Authority provides water to over 1,700 service locations, including homes, businesses and schools, in Perry County.

And-Tro Water Authority is a not-for-profit company that is governed by a board of directors, which is elected by the customers. All board of directors must be members of And-Tro Water to hold a position on the board. Each resident and/or business within the And-Tro Water Authority service area wishing to be supplied with water must pay a deposit fee. Our customers are invited to attend the annual meeting, which is held the second Monday in May, and vote for the directors who are up for election.
